Founded in 2002 by Pizzighella Stefano and Dal Bosco Giulietta with the intention of expressing their philosophy of making traditional Valpolicella wines in the Mezzane valley. In 2015, the company's management changed when, after several years of work in the company, their daughter Noemi Pizzighella decided to continue along the path started by her parents thanks to her resourcefulness and passion for her wines and her valley. Her motion ‘is not a matter of fashion, money or duty... it is just a matter of love.’ From here begins a new chapter that links up with his parents' philosophy on winemaking and long wine ageing, but adding more innovation and respect for sustainability across the entire estate. The winery and vineyards are located in the municipality of Mezzane di Sotto on the highest part of the hill, where exposure, proximity to the Lessini mountains, altitude and different soils make the style unique.
