They are renowned for their exquisite hand made pasta and their warm, friendly service. Their menu changes daily based on the availability of high quality ingredients, which they source locally from family-owned farms and suppliers in the Valpolicella region. The dining experience at GROTO is known as “an evening in Valpolicella” where guests enjoy a delicious seasonal tasting menu, in a welcoming, homely environment, which in summer includes dining on their terrace under a canopy of grapevines.
