At the borders between Lazio and Umbria, in the Tuscia area is located Tenuta la Torraccia holiday farm. This very charming property overlooking the river Tiber valley is surrounded by 200 hectares of woods and hills rich in hazel and olive groves. The medieval tower is dated back 1400 while the adjacent farmhouse was built later. The estate, completely renovated, maintains the original architecture and is now transformed into a lovely country house provided with all modern comforts and facilities. It is composed by 5 apartments each one with fully equipped kitchen:- NOCCIOLO falt (2 sleeps + 2 in sofa bed)- CASTAGNO flat (4+2)- ULIVO flat (6+2)- QUERCIA flat (7+2)- TIGLIO cottage (2+2)The structure is completed by a Tavern used as a common inn and a nice cellar. At guests disposal a lovely swimming pool with a wonderful view on the green valley and a rustic Barbecue corner outside. The farmhouse is situated in a zone extremely favourable to move towards places of historical, naturalistic and artistic importance in Lazio and Umbria such as: Rome, Bomarzo, Viterbo, Tuscania, Vico and Bolsena Lakes, Amelia, Orvieto, Narni, Perugia, ect. Owners will welcome guests in a friendly and warm atmosphere.
