A dream come true! After years in the kitchen, Chef Pino realizes his dream and, with his wife Luisella, gives life to a miniature Restaurant in the historical centre of Tuscania where they can welcome their customers as at home. Chef Pino is a histrionic character, a great entertainer and a very experienced cooker specialized in inviting "off the menu” dishes, which are always related to the tradition of the town but looking to Pino’s origins. Puglia is indeed always present in his dishes, in which a note of chili never fails. Under the watchful and careful eyes of his wife,Chef Pino deals with the total production of its menu, from selection of the ingredients list to their preparation, with a la carte cuisine and dishes which vary according to seasons; excellent in classic and delicious in the peculiarities of the daily specials.
