Join me as we sip through a variety of local wines and their perfect food pairings in a beautiful historic farmhouse setting in southern Umbria My name is Alex and I look forward to being your private sommelier. Wine has ancient origins and continues to creatively and attentively be produced today. As a wine sommelier, I will teach you about the history of each wine producer we will sip together, while enjoying locally sourced foods to accompany the various flavor profiles. The setting is our beautiful historic farmhouse on 5 acres of land immersed in nature, in Giove (Umbria), just 50 minutes north of Rome by direct train or by car.
