The challenge of bringing to light its long history through architecture and respect for the environment. A few kilometers from Caltagirone, in the hamlet of Piano San Paolo, lies the charming eighteenth-century farm, "Piano San Paolo Resort". The basic and solemn structure, made of stone and wood, is composed of an old millstone, an old stable, used as restaurant, and some rooms for overnight stay of our guests, furnished with antiques.
