The flat is located above the legendary rebellious Chomsky Bar hideout which dares you to question everything. The people running this place believe in Noam Chomsky's philosophy and consider cheap booze at the bar a basic human right. It is situated in the oldest building on the block, built sometime at the end of the 1800s. The 3-room apartment provides lots of privacy and a sense of feeling at home. The premises is freshly renovated and the interior was designed by two rising stars of the Latvian arts scene, both of whom you can occasionally meet downstairs behind the bar. The bar itself with its rough edged look and quality prices bring in a fair mix of the more artistic and open minded side of society.
