My name is Philip Birzulis, and I am an English-speaking tour guide in Riga, Latvia! I grew up in a Latvian family in Australia and have lived in Riga since 1994, so my English is native and I have loads of insights into the history, architecture, culture, politics, and everyday life of this amazing place.
