Immerse yourself in the authentic Maltese architecture and rustic details that tell the story of the island's rich heritage.A dedicated room, with comfortable SOFA, large coffee table and a TV. Also included in this apartment is a dining area, fit for 4/5 guests to have a good meal ! Access to private balconies in the apartment with outdoor furniture. The real highlight awaits on the upstairs terrace. Enjoy stunning views of Rabat's picturesque streets and historical landmarks. Whether it's breakfast or a romantic evening under the stars, this space is your private oasis. Kitchen| Fully equipped kitchen with all utensils and necessary things to fix a good meal! The kitchen also boosts an oven and an electric hub. - The kitchen is equipped for both long and short term rentals ! Bedrooms| 3 bedroom. Main bedroom includes a double bed, complete with a quaint Maltese balcony, offering a glimpse into Rabat's traditional architecture. Second bedroom includes 2 single beds while the last bedroom has one 1 single bed. For over and above 5 guests we will open the sofa bed which could easily accommodate 2 additional guests. Bathrooms| 2 bathrooms, one having a shower while the other includes a bathtub. All the apartment has high speed wifi! Linens| At 360 Estates, we love a good night sleep, all linens provided are of highest quality and all beds are made! We also provide 2 towels per person on each bed. If the sofa bed is used, we would also provide and prepare the bed accordingly. 24/7 Access to all the amenities of the apartment.
