This beautifully maintained villa offers stunning country views and distant sea vistas, featuring a large pool (10m x 4m) and a separate plunge pool (5m x 2m) set within a private garden. With sun-drenched outdoor spaces all day long, it's an ideal setting for relaxation and family fun. Accommodating large families or groups, Villa Sunny Side boasts four air-conditioned bedrooms and three bathrooms on the main floor, along with a fully equipped kitchen that flows into a spacious living and dining area. For the larger groups, two additional en-suite air-conditioned bedrooms are available on the lower level (no internal access). The outdoor terrace is perfect for enjoying the sun, complete with sun loungers, a BBQ area, and outdoor dining facilities. Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. While a car is not necessary, it’s recommended for exploring the area, with ample parking available outside the villa. Air conditioning and heating operate on a meter; you will receive 100 units per week, with additional units available for a minimal fee. Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM.
