PENTHOUSE is served with lift and is situated in a quite residential area, yet minutes away from the Yacht Marina, beaches, restaurants, bars e.t.c. Supermarket, pharmacy, green grocer e.t.c are all round the corner. Is situated on a bus route and in ten minutes you can get to either Valletta or St. Julians/Paceville. The large front terrace is definitely the selling point. Professional BBQ set and ample tables and chairs to be able to eat al fresco. Sun beds, shower, hammock, music e.t.c. all make this an ideal place for relaxation, both during the day and at night.
