In Hoogwoud, an old farm called West-Frisia is located. It is no longer used as a farm but as a museum and is able to attract visitors of all ages. Even though it no longer functions as a farm, to this day it manages to radiate a sentiment from times long gone. Once you enter the museum, it is as though time has stood still for over 150 years and you have just entered a real 19th century farm.
