Opening 9 September 2022 ~ Carstens Brasserie takes you on a journey through the Netherlands, celebrating the most sustainable and seasonal Dutch ingredients from our own soil, waters & meadows, sourced from the most local suppliers. Humble Dutch ingredients are brought to life on the plate, with often surprising modern twists on flavours. Nothing too far-fetched, just tasty. And perfectly complemented by a serious passion for wines, beers and cocktails from our favourite Dutch producers, or those with a Dutch origin. An urban brasserie right in the heart of Amsterdam.
