In the middle of Amsterdam, next to the opera, you'll find a unique 3.000m2 urban sport location with trampoline, freerunning/Parkour and urban dance. Located in an old car tunnel full of graffiti, At Vrog, anyone above the age of 6 can come and jump for an hour ( special hours for 2/5 year olds),or join one of our training in parkour or dance ( k-pop, breaking etc..). VROG is also a hotspot for birthday parties and for group or company events.
