Restaurant The Riddle of the Sands (Het Raadsel van de Wadden) is situated in the Marina Lauwersmeer near Anjum and Esonstad. The restaurant is open every day of the year. For 7 days a week you can have diner in Restaurant Lauwersmeer, even in autumn and winter, while enjoying the view over the Lauwersmeer. There are two fireplaces situated in the restaurant to keep you warm even when the days are cold. During winter the kitchen opens at 16.00 (saturdays and sundays at noon), but you're welcome to have a cup of coffee with something sweet from 12.00 onward. You are welcome everyday of the week!
