In the Brasserie lies the origin of the Prinsenhof complex. In 1436, The Brethren of Communal Life rebuilt their, up until then modest, accommodation into an impressive church. The Brasserie is therefore the centre of Prinsenhof, which you can sense everywhere. Every single day, the Brasserie is the place to be for a variety of guests. Hotel guests and walk-ins drink a cup of coffee; when the weather allows it, you can enjoy a quick lunch on the courtyard terrace. At the elevated back, on what used to be the chancel, high teas are being served next to an impressive mantelpiece. The cocktail bar is situated in the lounge’s lower area, the former nave.
