Besides our fresh ingredients, our passion for ice cream is the ingredient that makes our ice cream so delicious. We try to make our ice cream as special as possible and work on it every day. 'Fresh traditional ice cream' is our standard. If you come to our ice cream parlor you will see that the ice cream is made on the traditional way by people with passion for their profession. We share our experiences with various other ice cream makers. Ice cream must be made with care and different raw materials in the right proportion. Our milk-based mix is pasteurized; the mix is heated to 85 degrees and then cooled back to 4 degrees. Our sorbet-based flavors are prepared on the basis of water, sugar, and are lactose-free and suitable for people with an allergy to milk. Most fruit flavors are made from fresh fruit. At IJS Krimpen we guarantee you good quality ice cream.
