About

Peuzel is surprising and casual food together, at the cultural free port of De Nijverheid. We cook with vegetables in the lead role, but we also love a piece of meat or fish. Where possible, we make sustainable choices and cook seasonally. With a passion for cooking, we create dishes to share, free from imposed boundaries and simply doing what we like best. We cook with; fresh seasonal vegetables, meat with a story, fish from the North Sea, cheeses from the Netherlands and crusty bread from the Brakkerij and seasonings from various world cuisines. At Peuzel you are in a unique place where you can be stimulated with distinct flavors. Eat together and enjoy! In addition to our Peuzel menu, you can of course also come by for; a tasty snack, a thick sandwich lunch or a greasy burger before a performance. In addition, we can also receive and provide for groups and parties, something for everyone!
