Kvarstad farm is located in the cultural landscape, 20 km north of Hamar city.This is a farm in full operation, and with a history that can be traced back to the Vikings. Confirmations and other social functions are held in main building dating from 1750. We serve home made dishes based on ingredients from the farm and the local area. We also make and sell our own chocolate confectionery, ice cream and sorbet. The farm offers eight rooms/21 beds. In a newly restored house at the farm, we offer accommodation in 5 bedrooms for up to 13 guests. The house is ideal for selfcatering, with 2 living rooms, a fully equipped kitchen/dining room, 1 bathroom, 1 shower and 1 separate toilet. The farm is a great base for hiking and cycling. English spoken. Reservations required.
