The dishes served in the Restaurant Stary Browar Koscierzyna owe their unique flavours to fresh products of the highest quality and creative Chef, who gained his experience in Polish and international restaurants. By buying products from local suppliers and using the wealth of nature of the surrounding lakes and forests, our Chef has created a varied menu card, consisting of popular regional dishes with modern twist. Traditional recipes have something new, thanks to which known flavours have gained a new dimension. The restaurant has (as one of four in the entire Poland), multifunctional Josper Grill, which allows the prepare juicy meats and fish.
