In our Italian restaurant in Kraków, we believe that everyone deserves to enjoy great pizza. That's why we created a place where all can come and indulge in authentic Italian comfort food. We began in 2000, at a time when the culinary scene in Polish cities wasn't as diverse and rich as it is today. By opening our first trattoria, we introduced a more relaxed, Italian-style dining experience that was different from traditional restaurants. Our cozy, family-friendly atmosphere quickly won the hearts of our guests, and over time, Fabbrica became a popular spot for both locals and visitors. We've since expanded, continuing to offer delicious, homemade pizza, pasta, and more in the heart of Kraków.
