The permanent exhibition are expositions dedicated to the history of the Nysa land: from prehistory, through the Middle Ages, to the 20th century, also includes a gallery of Western European painting and artistic craft 16th-19th century. Moreover, the museum presents exhibitions: "Borderlands in the memory of the inhabitants of the Nysa Land" and "Witchcraft trials on the Nysa-Jesenik borderland".
