About
The vineyard, which is situated in Daromin ( a small village in Sandomierz County, about 16 km from Sandomierz ) is run by Barbara and Marcin Płochocki. The vineyard was established in 2005 and covers about 8 acres. In 2008 it was registered in ARR (Agricultural Market Agency) and these days wines from this vineyard can be bought everywhere in Poland ( including Hotel Sarmata). The vineyard has been extended since 2010 ( a big wine cellar, a tasting room and guest rooms were built). The Płochocki’s Vineyard produces about 17000 bottles a year and offers red, white and rose wines. Wines annually won seweral awards at national and international competitions. In 2013 the vineyard was proud to obtain a certificate of being a member of Culinary Heritage of Swietokrzyskie Voivodship Network. Visiting a vineyard and boutique winery.
