The apartments are situated in a historic tenement house from 1901, located at 4 Zamkowa Street, in the Old Town district of Sandomierz in the immediate vicinity of the "Dominican Gate" also known colloquially as "Needle’s Eye" - the only remaining gate in the medieval ramparts of the city. The house is located just 80 meters from the Market Square and 200 meters from the Town Hall. Each floor houses two apartments with a stunning view of the Prince J. Poniatowski Square, a former Dominican Monastery and the Zamkowa Street or of the Podwale Street, the Vistula river, St. James’ Church and Piszczele Park.
