In our restaurant you can find Louisiana Creole cuisine dishes, which combine the best aspect of the cuisine of France, the Caribbean, Africa and the southern United States, including aged steaks prepared from noble meat varieties. Our menu is created by an experienced Chef who specializes in Creole cuisine. In many of our dishes we use a characteristic, very aromatic Creole seasoning called blackening that we prepare ourselves by mixing ten different herbs. To prepare our dishes we use the highest quality, carefully selected, fresh ingredients from verified and trusted suppliers. Bon appetit!
