Whether you love porcelain, contemporary painting or visiting the interior of old mansions, the Museum of Porcelain has everything to suit you. Our Museum is full of hidden treasures and it will satisfy all of your artistic and historical interests. Founded in 1908, is the oldest cultural institution in Wałbrzych. Situated in the heart of the city in the neoclassical Alberti’s House built in 1801, it is renowned for one of the largest collections of Silesian porcelain in Europe, as well as a very carefully selected collection of porcelain from leading European manufactories. It also houses a beautifully arranged collection of Polish ceramics from the 1950s and 1960s which will take you back in time. There's so much happening in the Museum all year round – – its events calendar is always busy! Permanent and current exhibitions, creative workshops, art lectures and film shows are just one of the few on its agenda. There's no time to hesitate – visiting the Museum is a must!
