Kuźnia Smaku (Tasteworks) is a contemporary restaurant on Warsaw’s culinary scene with a long-standing tradition where our chefs, inspired by a cultural diversity, create innovative flavors and delicious cuisine for our customers. Kuźnia Smaku has been inspired by the 1920’s Mała Ziemiańska Restaurant with has influenced our imaginative décor which creates the unforgettable atmosphere of 1920’s Warsaw and a classic city restaurant which fuse seamlessly with the delectable flavors of Polish cuisine, creating the history of modern times where delicious cuisine as an indispensable element. Our Sous-Chef de cuisine, Marek Machała and Beniamin Matatow, taking inspiration from old recipes, create culinary masterpieces using produce from local and regional suppliers. In the last two decades, we have inspired Warsaw residents, tourists and VIPs as socially and artistically engaged restaurant garnering praise.
