The Alchemist Grill & Cocktail on Poznańska 16 is a unique place famous for its original cocktails, with an excellent menu inspired by cuisine from the most interesting corners of the world. We rely on the experience of our Chef Rafał Kowalczyk, winner of the prestigious distinction of the Gault&Millau 2020 Traditional Cuisine guide. At The Alchemist, we focus not only on taste, but also on aesthetics and uniqueness of serving. What our guests love us for, among other things, is dry-aged steaks from the best Polish breeds served on hot lava! In this way, we combine extraordinary taste with the motif of live cooking. Our smoked BBQ ribs, seafood, amazing salads and delicious burgers are also particularly popular.
