Azeite Fonte da Bica is a family business since 1937, located near Salinas de Rio Maior. In our olive oil mill we only produce from the first extraction, cold pressed, wich results in superior quality olive oils. We recently opened a new space next to the mill with a shop, museum, tasting room and open kitchen. With the emergence of this new space, we also launched products related to olive oil (Olive Pastes and Shiitake Mushrooms in Olive Oil). In addition to our products, you can find at Loja do Lagar, for sale in bulk: Seasoned Olives, Cheese in Olive Oil, Olive Oil Biscuits, Olive Oil Chocolats and our Olive Oil Delight (pudding). We also have a selection of the best regional products. In this new concept we also provide other services such as: - Olive Oil tastings and tastings of our products; - Visits to the Olive Oil Mill and Museum; - Meals for groups (by appointment, 15/20 persons); - Workshops and Show Cookings.
