About

A place by Chef Archil Shinjikashvili, a young Georgian immigrant with a passion for cooking, a naturally self-taught. After 18 years in Portugal, 10 of which working in restaurants with different concepts, comes the opportunity to open his own business. In October 2019, GEO Restaurant is born, with a welcoming environment, where the world's cuisines (with a greater focus on Portuguese and Georgian) met to offer dishes full of flavor and especially, love. Now, in 2022, GEO has reopened with a new concept and name, GEO Wine & Supra. We serve several georgian dishes and also some portuguese that change every other week. All dishes were created to share. We have more than 60 references of Georgian wines, which are served by the glass or by the bottle, but you can also buy them to take it home or to offer to someone.
