Founded in 2007 the Olaria S. Pedro is the showcase of Sonia Borga's atelier. In Óbidos, Sintra and online the Olaria S. Pedro proposes contemporary ceramics of several Portuguese authors. Creative ceramics, small-scale craft productions that mark their uniqueness and genuinely manual character. Sónia Borga as an artist: "At the age of 20, I discovered clay, could create with my hands, and I just knew I wanted to be a ceramist !! In my atelier, drawing, I give shape to the objects of my world ... the will transforms the clay with textures and colours that are the reflection of the joy with which I work each one of these small pieces. I have the idea that objects, created with dedication, are born to occupy a place in space and time, and someone, when they find them then they realize what they are for them"
