Inspired by the sea. With a philosophy based admittedly on best practices of typical Portuguese cuisine, the proposed restaurant Gaivota reveal a huge inspiration for gastronomy linked to the oceans. Fresh fish and meat and seafood quality, are a constant at the table of our restaurant, honored and recreated in every dish, every season. The privileged location on the beach of Nazareth, the discreet service and your kitchen, quickly conquered the various public opinions. Distinguished by its typical food, Gaivota opened in 1979 in Nazareth by Maria Santana. After immigrant in Canada for 25 years returned to Nazareth in order to create a typical election restaurant, it was a gastronomic reference for all national and international population. The house specialties provide an absolutely unique gastronomic and sensory journey. Here we offer a revisited and sophisticated Portuguese cuisine.
