There are many beaches to choose from whether you are surfing, beach walking or sunbathing. We will give you advice on where to go with the help of our Surf team who is composed by locals who have been surfing in the area for more than 30 years. Surfing is the prime activity in the region due to the great conditions. But you will find out many other things to do like all kinds of water sports, scuba diving, boat trips, paddle surf, cycling, trekking, sport fishing, cultural tours, family activities, paleontology, body & mind treats, ultralight aircraft flights, wine tastings, etc. The area where Maverick is situated is called West Coast of Portugal - Silver Coast (Costa da Prata).
