Alambique Restaurant is the sweet legacy of the past. As a tribute to the origins, the decoration of most restaurants and bars in the Saccharum hotel consists of pieces of antique machinery and metals that, in ancient times, bound the bundles of sugarcane. The decoration of Alambique Restaurant remains consistent with the concept, and its name goes further and references another universe born from the sugarcane culture: rum. “Alambique” is the apparatus used to distil liquids resulting in alcoholic beverages.
