he restaurant, result of the reconstruction of the Aracoelli Convent ruins, has the capacity for 100 people and from there you can take in the view of the castle walls whilst enjoying a variety of dishes which keep to the typical Portuguese cuisine, accompanied with a Sadino wine topping the experience for all who visit. Planning your stay in order to be able to try everything the restaurant of the Pousada has to offer is a must. The menu of the bar is light and adapted seasonally. The poolside bar serves salads, "prego no prato" on a wooden board that lives up to its name; light burgers. Time dictates the snacks that you can taste.
