Sports massages, therapeutics, deep tissue, relaxing treatments. Healt purposes only. You may book a massage treatment in Sagres on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays between 9am and 1pm. If you´re staying in Raposeira, get in touch to book a treatment there. Group classes such as Pilates can be booked to your holiday home and be combined with more than one treatment.
