Located in the Cova da Iria, is the ideal place for those who visit the Sanctuary and places of worship around. It is also the right choice as a starting point to explore the many sites of interest, such as: • The Parque Natural da Serra D'Aires and Candeeiros, its caves, Jurassic Trail, interpretation centers; • Nearby beaches (which includes the Nazareth and its famous giant Surf spot); • The historical and cultural heritage (Convent of Christ, monasteries of Alcobaca and Batalha, Universal Heritage of Humanity, as well as castles, churches and much more). Fatima Lounge was inaugurated in 2013 in a Villa located in the South Roundabout of Fatima. It lies very near the beginning of the Via Sacra leading to Valinhos (houses of the three shepherds), close to several museums, within a 15-minute walk from the Sanctuary, outside the main and more busy areas in Fatima but steps way from shopping and convenience stores. The villa offers five very comfortable double bedrooms with custom decorations inspired by themes of cultural heritage and the Portuguese mid west countryside. Two out of the five bedrooms are conveniently equipped with bunk beds and both incorporated with a very jovial atmosphere. The furniture is simple and practical, combining modernity and tradition in an atmosphere of comfort and well being. The fully equipped kitchen allows guests to prepare their own meals - Breakfast is included. There are indoor common areas - a living room with LCD (150 cable channels), table board games - for leisure or socialize allowing the sharing experiences. One of the House Highlights is the private terrace - lounge space where you can dine or just relax after a day visiting Fatima and / or exploring the surrounding region.
