Las Gringas Legend has it that the taco "Gringas" comes from an episode where two North American students asked the taquero of famed Al Pastor Spot, El Tizoncito in Mexico City to put the meat of the tacos inside a flour tortilla quesadilla. The combination intrigued the locals so much that they began to ask for the same plate as the "gringas." Drawing inspiration from this story, Las Gringas offers an experience that is authentically Mexican, and uniquely our own.
