The restaurant serves traditional and tasty lunches and dinners. Some of our suggestions are roasted boar with green asparagus “migas” (a bread based traditional dish), Portuguese black pig with clams, wild duck rice in the oven with traditional Portuguese sausages, mouflon stew, dogfish soup with a poached egg or octupus rice with coriander. Don’t forget to taste our orange pie, the “toucinho do céu” (egg yolk and sugar tartlet), the “sericaia” (an egg, sugar and milk dessert) and many other traditional sweets.Guests may buy wines, olive oil, rosemary honey and jams in the Herdade do Sobroso’s cellar.
