Casa Villa Garden and Casa Villa Cottage are two of the three houses of Nossa Senhora das Necessidades farm, located in Livramento, on the island of São Miguel in the Azores. A quality and relaxing choice, with the comfort of a fully equipped house that will make your stay on the island an unforgettable experience. Children are more than welcome! With the recent conservation project, Casa Villa offers the experience of a typical Azorean rural house, combining comfort with the pleasure of nature overlooking the sea. Regarding the well being of our guests, both houses - that used to be the offices and food reservoirs – were recently transformed, remodeled and redecorated retaining the original features of rural architecture of the Region. A warm and friendly welcome, based on attention to detail and highly personalised service is our motivation. See you soon at Casa Villa! Casa Villa Garden has 100 square meters and includes a living room, a kitchen, a dining room, an entrance hall, three double rooms and two WC (one bath tub and the other with one shower) and a beautiful and exclusive use garden. Casa Villa Cottage has 80 square meters including a living room, a large kitchen with dinnig area, an entrance hall, two double rooms, one bathroom (with shower) and a perfect outdoor place to chill out. Internet connection, cable TV and parking is available and free of charge. Housekeeping, cleaning, towels and laundry service are provided. To the confort of our guests, at check-in Casa Villa offers a welcome basket.
