Join us for a sustainable, local and delicious dinner here at The Solar Branco Eco Estate at our unique restaurant concept, Green Azores. Our food and name is inspired by the rolling green hills of São Miguel. All of our main ingredients are sourced from the island or surrounding islands as we showcase the local produce soured from local producers in each dish that we serve you. Our cuisine is always fresh, changing with each cycle of food production, meaning our menu changes with the four seasons we enjoy here in the Azores. From our world renowned Vegan Cozido, showcasing only local in season vegetables to our sustainable sushi created by Chef Joana Nunes, we aim to bring our unique concept of sustainable gastronomy to you.
