The tour of the Lagar Museu dos Galegos articulates the past and the present of the Northern region of the Alentejo, showing the full course of the product, from the entrance of the olives into the facilities, to the final acquirement of the delicious olive oil. On a trip to another century, the visitor will be able to the discover the machines, the scents, and the knowledge of the people who make the olive oil. We also provide na experience of diferente flavours and senses, with tastings of oil and of the farm’s season products, in a tranquil meeting at the oil makers’ kitchen. ____________________________________ Guided tours by appointment
