SAND CITY, in Lagoa, is currently the Biggest Sand Sculpture Park in the World. It is also considered one of the best attractions in the Algarve for being unique and different. Occupying an outdoor area of 6 hectares, built by more than 60 professional artists from several continents, coming togheter to carve more than 90 different sculptures thematics. Visit on foot or rent a electric buggy at the park, taking your family on a discovery journey. After all that walking around the world in sand, just relax and let our fish doctors take care of your feet. The kids are not forgotten and they can build their sandcastles at our dome, while the parents enjoy a light meal at our sandy bar. By late afternoon, just enjoy the outstanding sunset envoirement and prepare yourself for a magical ride, where all the sculptures are illuminated by a colourfull light show.
