The apartments are located in a typical bourgeois building from Porto, located in the town’s historic centre, which is classified as World Heritage by UNESCO. In the past, this used to be the old Jewish part of Porto. The rehabilitation process was taken with extreme care, not to damage the building’s structure and its ancestral characteristics. The main goal was to create modern housing conditions without destroying the building’s unique characteristics, such as the amazing spiral staircase, inner patio, the stone arch, the “lanternin” (skyligh) and the detailed ornate ceilings. Our main purpose is to provide our clients with an unique experience. The studios and the one-bedroom apartments are considerably ample, with superior areas when comparing with the other apartments. All the apartments have a clean and minimalist decoration, using mostly authentic Portuguese furniture.
