Confeitaria Maurícia is one of the oldest bakeries in Matosinhos, since 1984. It became famous for its croissants (natural, or with egg cream, or even with chocolate) the traditional "Bolo Rei" (with fruits and Port Wine or with chocolate, almonds and nuts) and the exquisite "Pão de Ló", a traditional cake. The key for its longevity and reputation is the quality of the products used and sold, the service and its staff. Here you can also have a delicious and simple meal, with soup, salads, sandwiches and salty pastries. Or even have an expresso or a latte.
