Located in the Antas area, once called Praca Velasquez Garden, it was built in 1948. It has a circular shape and an allusive sculpture of Francisco Sa Carneiro. It is a wonderful spot to enjoy a pause in the middle of the city, providing services and several coffee shops on the surrounding area.
