The building rehabilitation project was in charge of Barbosa and Guimarães office, the interiors project was authored by José Carlos Cruz architect.All apartments offer a unique interior design in an environment framed by the sea and enriched by the Flattered Art Collection. The Collection consists of works by Young Portuguese Artists with a strong presence of pieces in the field of Illustration and Urban Art.Daily cleaning of the apartment, change of towels 2 times per week and one change of sheets once a week is included in our price.All units have a bedroom with a double bed (160x200cm or 140x200cm), a living room and a dining room with sea/city view. They also have a double bed (160x200cm) in the living room and some apartments have a 1 person sofa bed (120x205cm). All kitchens are fully equipped (microwave oven, ceramic hob, electric oven, fridge, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, blender, dishwasher, kitchen towels, table cloth), a laundry and dryer washing machine, steam iron, ironing board, hair dryer, 100% cotton linens and towels.
