In 2008 our journey starts in Valea Strambei, we have a traditional restaurant with hunting & modern design and a local menu which includes dishes with trout that is raised in our own farm which is located in the same location as the restaurant. Moreover we have accommodation rooms for those who want the experience an urban escape and relax and reconnect with nature. We also organise at requests: Trekking sessions at "Codrul Secular Sinca" where you can adventure into the wild forest which is 500 years old where the tallest fair-tree in Romania resided 62,5m heigh. The virgin forest is part of UNESCO World Heritage. Large game (brown bear) spotting in their natural habitat. Everything that we do and we organise is located in the same valley which is called "Valea Strambei" valley that is situated in the Fagaras Mountains at aprox. 65 km from Brasov.
