This apartament with 2 room, open-space system, is located on the ground floor of the villa and has an area of 55 square meters. It is preferred by families with 1 or 2 children or a group of up to 4 people. Contains one bedroom with double bed and exit to its own terrace; one living room with a large sofa bed and a kitchenette with a cooking hob. Both rooms communicate,open-space system, in a hall where there is a big bathroom with shower. Your private dining area is outside where you have access to a barbecue and you can relax with friends. Apartament has 2 individual entrances that do not communicate with other accommodation in the villa. Everything is private, just for your group. The distance to the sea is 330 meters, 4 minute walk. Being part of a tourist complex you have access to its facilities: 2 swimming pools ( 20 june- 4 september every year), restaurant, playground, garden, breakfast room, parking, strong internet network directly in the room. The rate includes breakfast between 28 June and 4 September each year. The breakfast salon is situated the resort, the distance being covered in maximum 2 minutes.
