It all started from the fact that we like the eclairs. But, we wanted more than the classic flavor of vanilla or cocoa. So I started looking for details about how we could get something different. And so we decided to set up the Doux Eclair pastry. The name of our company refers to the French origin of the ecclesiastes, consisting of two words: Doux (sweet) and Eclair.
